HOW MUCH HOURS DO I GET?


8 Hour set pricing event comes with a total of 8hrs which includes setting up your event such as decoration, music, food, etc.




WHAT ARE THE PRICES?


~8 HOURS SET PRICES~ Fridays & Sundays $900 Saturdays $1200 *8 hrs includes the set up time ~ WEEKDAY PRICES~ Monday- Thursday $100 an HR {Holidays prices may differ} *If booked more than 5hrs an additional 1 hr for set up will be giving *(Every event is required to leave an additional $200 security deposit that you will recieve back the following wednesday after your event.)




HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO SECURE MY DATE?


To secure your date you will need to leave a down payment. Down payment is 50% of whatever day your event is on (Down payment is non-refundable). Also, there is a $200 security deposit fee (Security Deposit fee is due the final 2 weeks of your event) (Security Deposit fee will be refunded the following wednesday of your event).




CAN I CANCEL AND GET A REFUND?


Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE & is due the time of booking your event. If you cancel before the 2 weeks of your event you will be refunded any additional money you put down besides the down payment money. There is NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND after the final payment date of your event.




WHY DO I NEED TO PUT A DOWN PAYMENT?


Down payment is required to secure your date & time so no one else book on your special day that you have planned.




WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY?


THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 150 PEOPLE STANDING OR 130 PEOPLE SITTING.




DO WE NEED TO CLEAN UP AFTER OUR EVENT?


YES, Every event is required to clean up after themselves. You will be giving 30 mins after your event time to clean; any mins spent after will be charged as an extra HR Cleaning requires sweeping floors and clearing tables, etc. Basically everything you bring into the hall should be in garbage bags (bring extra bags) that is provided or bought back with you. *If you choose not to clean their will be an $100 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?


YES, WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO CHARGE TAXES AND FEE FOR EVERY TRANSACTION.




DO YOU ACCEPT CASH APP?
